Smart Space 1.0 arrives

The long awaited release of Smart Space 1.0 has arrived. Smart Space is now a very solid system which can carry out a myriad of functions for Sports venue operators and Gym Managers. It is now fully available to anyone and everyone who wants to use it.

NB. Australian Squash centres should still register through ozsquashvenues.com to ensure they get real discounts on the normal rate.

Apart from a long list of very minor fixes, the more significant changes and improvements to 0.9 are:

• Full sign up capability for any Trader.
  • Incremental sign on, allows benefits at four levels
  • 1. Free listing, 2. free web page, 3. free online booking, 4. complete Smart Space system
  • Traders can now get a Free online booking system in less than 15 minutes set up time.
  • Automated online subscription payments for those who join
  • Free trial period built into subscription - unsubscribe anytime before the first payment
  • Set up wizard for easier set up processing
• Bulk individualised email to search reports and membership reports
• Activation of the Smart Space Trader and User forums
• The ability to comment on and discuss Latest News and Geek Blog
• Access to an individuals bookings through their own Smart Space page.
• Search for dupicate individual records during registration
• Consolidate duplicate records where an individual has been registered by more than one sports centre
• Invite an already registered user to Register with your business
• Automated payment of 3rd party payment system records for subscription based memberships
• Activation of Gooogle search box
• Minor bug fixes and improvements
  • Some improvements in pricing booking
  • Cleaner look
  • Log in fixes
  • Changes in Trader preferences

There are still some elements of Smart Space still in beta - they will be more fully developed over the coming months.
