Minor bug in map image fixed - more accurate Google map display along with trader address

Bug fixed - selecting a second booking when the booking detail pane was open was not working (as a result of security measures below)

• Also selecting another day when the booking pane was open would not work on its first attempt
• Now booking pane can remain open and all navigation is unaffected

Speed improvements with page compression, improved caching, advanced object expire dates
