Smart Space has announced that Squash Australia project registrants (those who registered through ozsquashvenues.com) can now have all their customer data migrated their Smart Space account subject to ODBC considerations
ODBC, or Open Database Connectivity determines whether the data held in the database or datafile is compatible with another database. Smart Space uses the MYSQL database which is very flexible in allowing a number of forms of data into the database.
Most businesses who have their customer information stored in either Microsoft Access databases or in Spread Sheets (eg MS Excel) will be eligible for this offer as migration is relatively simple depending on the fields in the databases.
Migration of data and/or customer registration is the biggest single task which Sports Centre businesses face if they choose to use the Smart Space system to its full capacity.
Contact me here if you need more information on this offer.
NB Offer subject to databases being compatible and field data matching. If migration is successful it may not be able to migrate all data in all fields.
