Membership Manager Enabled

The Smart Space Membership Management System has ben greatly expanded to cater for a gyms and health clubs. It enables venue operators to take care of most of the major tasks in membership management. (The reports area will be added to more in the coming weeks.

The main features are as follows:
Welcome Screen

• Welcome screen can record attendance and establish member status
• You can use one of three numbers to record attendance
  • The Smart Space customer number (auto - generated)
  • Your own number (perhaps from a previous membership system - can also be auto generated)
  • A membership specific bar code
• Attendance can be linked to bookings so that attendees are automatically placed in the booking record
• You can have a separate small Welcome panel or use the one in the Membership Manager

Membership Manager

• While you can still access some membership features from the control panel, all Membership functions can now be accessed through the Management panel
• Search, register, update all apsects of member involvement
• Individualise the Membership Management System to suit your circumstances
• Create unlimited types of Membership
• Set up categories and preferences for membership related tasks
• Once you select an individual, you can easily navigate between thier personal data, their customer data and their membership data
• You can welcome customers without leaving the Membership Manager
• Easily create memberships and payment plans
• Suspend membership and automatically add to the membership end date
• Operates in either Individual Mode or Trader Mode
  • Individual Mode all access to al apsects of a members record
  • Trader Mode providesa all global information on Memberships, Participation and Systems oriented selections
• Get reports on membership categories

Soon, online sale and regular payments of memberships will be available through Smart Space and Pay Pal, the World's biggest and most secure of payment sites.
