Smart Space now calculates prices based on membership status and allows customers to pay on line based on those prices.
When setting up any Membership, you can configure Membership Benefits. Using the Benefits Wizard, you can choose any or all of your products and services and define benefits either by a whole value or as a percentage. When a price code and a product category are attached to any resource, product or service, Smart Smart can calculate the membership price on the fly.
If Members book a Resource or Program, if they are Welcomed using their Member Number, their attendance is recorded in the Booking and a price is automatically assigned. If the Booking is effectively free due to their Membership discount, the booking gets marked as Paid.
Public Booking Groups
Traders can now allow selected Booking Groups to be made public to the members of the Booking Group. They can be used by the users to book Resources.
This could be handy if you had special programs or services available only to Members or for which special pricing applied.
When you Members are Welcomed, their attendance is recorded and prices assigned.
