Smart Space 0.9 now Released

The major step forward with Smart Space 0.9 is the improvement  in Membership handling and a full implementation of Smart Pricing. This means easier management of members both from an administration perspective and from the counter service view as well. 

Membership

The main features include the following:

• Fully configurable payment plan creator
• Flexible membership sale process to attach presaved payment plans or custom plans or pay in full
• Online sales of membership if required with fully informative and user friendly sign up process
• Option to include service agreement as part of the process
• Automatic detection of real payment status for online sales through PayPal subscriptions
• Detection of Joining fee requirement depending on customer status
• Automatic inclusion into bookings where welcome or check in procedure is implemented
• Reject a check in
• Automatic pricing of checked in customers
• Some basic reports on Membership(more to follow)

Smart Pricing

• Smart Pricing enables pricing for all products, services and resources based on Membership status and Membership benefits.
• Flexible ways of setting up pricing to reflect differing circumstances
• Individualised pricing of customers within  booking groups when booking courts depending on membership status
• Payment automatically resorded where amount  due  is nil
• Online payment of bookings and other services
• Option to include booking rules as a condition of sale

• Numerous minor bug fixes and improvements

• Ability for online bookers to book pre saved booking groups
