Traders can now get non urgent support through this support forum. The whole idea of the forum is to not only help out Traders who have non urgent problems or qiestions with the system, but to provide a reference for users who may have the same problems in the future.
Whilst it will be pretty basic for now, I hope to add quite a few features in the future which will integrate the forum with the use of the system itself. You will also be able to add tags to your posts which will aid in the discovery of relevant help when needed.
So from now on, it is up to you.
